82% Sauvignon Blanc and 18% Sémillon

This wine opens with green herbs, a touch of hazelnut, ripe peach, green plantain,  and pear. It is soft and elegant, showing the waxy texture of  Semillon, and the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc. It is sweet and golden, finishing with guava, apricot, and candied lemon.
